WAYNE NORTHCUTT

       Wayne Northcutt, an international landscape artist, is inspired by the beauty of the south of France and the South Carolina Low Country.  In his paintings, he attemps to capture the light, ambiance and architecture of both regions.  He now divides his time between  France and  Charleston, SC .
